Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry and aroma beads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions
Returns and refunds will only be approved if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item was shipped incorrectly by us
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if the return is due to our error (such as defective, damaged, or wrong items shipped), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
